We guarantee that for any reason you are unhappy with any trophy or award purchased from us, we will exchange it or refund the cost if returned within 7 days of delivery.
Unfortunately, items that have been engraved directly onto are not returnable unless the error is with us. For your own protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for returns. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
