Answer: Our bespoke medals and badges have a minimum order quantity of 100 due to their highly unique production process. Any quantity after 100 is available however! For other bespoke items like acrylic or crystal awards, minimum quantities aren’t used, however you might find one-off pieces are more costly than multiple pieces.

Answer: Our turn-around times for bespoke made products are often between 4-6 weeks from date of order placement. However, these are open to fluctuation and can sometimes be shorter or longer depending on other factors. Please contact us today for more information on specific lead times on bespoke products.

Answer: To produce the highest quality artwork and finished products, we do require logos and artwork to be sent in vector graphics format. These file types include .EPS, Adobe Illustrator .AI, or CorelDraw .cdr files. These files aren’t made up of pixels, so they always appear at the highest possible resolution. Other file types like JPEGs and PNGs are composed of pixels, and contain blurry edges when zoomed in.
