Q1: Are there any minimum order quantities for bespoke items?
Answer: Our bespoke medals and badges have a minimum order quantity of 100 due to their highly unique production process. Any quantity after 100 is available however! For other bespoke items like acrylic or crystal awards, minimum quantities aren’t used, however you might find one-off pieces are more costly than multiple pieces.
Q2: What are the turn-around times for bespoke products?
Answer: Our turn-around times for bespoke made products are often between 4-6 weeks from date of order placement. However, these are open to fluctuation and can sometimes be shorter or longer depending on other factors. Please contact us today for more information on specific lead times on bespoke products.
Q3: What kind of artwork do you need for bespoke items?
Answer: To produce the highest quality artwork and finished products, we do require logos and artwork to be sent in vector graphics format. These file types include .EPS, Adobe Illustrator .AI, or CorelDraw .cdr files. These files aren’t made up of pixels, so they always appear at the highest possible resolution. Other file types like JPEGs and PNGs are composed of pixels, and contain blurry edges when zoomed in.
Q4: What bespoke products can you produce?
Answer: Here at Trophies2u, we can produce a wide range of bespoke products. From bespoke metallic and wooden medals and trophies made from various materials, to bespoke Crystal & Glass pieces and acrylic awards, we can help create something truly special. One of our most common bespoke ranges are the 3D Encapsulated Crystal Awards! Please feel free to contact us for more information on what products we can produce.
Q5: Do you offer further personalisation on bespoke items?
Answer: Yes we can! Once we have produced your bespoke items, whether they are bespoke medals or crystal pieces, we can then personalise these even further. We can laser and diamond drag engrave bespoke medals to further add to their impressive customisation and make them unique to each recipient. We also offer laser engraving and even UV Colour Printing for Acrylic and Crystal bespoke pieces!
Q6: Do I need to come up with my own design?
Answer: Not at all! Our team of experienced and artistic graphic designers are here to help. Whether you have a design in mind or are still at the drawing board, our team can provide mock-ups and ideas to help produce the perfect awards.
