Our Standard Service offers a lead time of 5-7 working days from the date we receive your order. It will then be shipped using DHL Next Day Delivery Service.
If required, we can also ship on a before 10:30am, before 12 noon, and Saturday delivery. Please email enquiries@brtgroup.co.uk for the additional costs.

If you are local to our shop, you have the option to collect from our premises, based in Redditch Worcestershire. Please allow 4 working days from the date we receive your order for this option. We will advise by email or phone when your order is ready for collection.
Collection from our shop is available on Tuesday-Saturday only, our shop is closed on Monday’s and Sunday’s.Â

Zone C is £24.95 per parcel
Zone D is £29.95 per parcel

International Deliveries
We are more than happy to delivery to International addresses - simply add your items to basket, proceed to checkout, select the country for the delivery address and click the "Request a Shipping Quote" button. We will then email the shipping cost to you, along with a link to your basket, allowing you to proceed with your order. Useful Information on Shipping & Delivery
Required by Date
At checkout, you will be prompted to select a “Delivery Required by Date” using the calendar.
We do advise you don’t select the Delivery date as the same day as your presentation date, we prefer your order to arrive well in advance in which the awards are being presented.
Artwork Approvals
Prior to engraving, artwork is sent for approval on orders for glass, crystal, and items engraved with a logo.
We advise that artwork is checked and confirmed as soon as possible as delays in artwork approval may cause a delay to the despatch of your order.
Large Corporate/Education Orders
If you are ordering for a Sports Club, School or Corporate Organisation, we can supply large orders at the right price for you.
