We guarantee that for any reason you are unhappy with any trophy or award purchased from us, we will exchange it or refund the cost if returned within 7 days of delivery. However, items that have been engraved/personalised are non-returnable unless the error is with us. All orders should be checked within 48 hours of receiving the order.
In unforeseen circumstances where an order must be cancelled, we require notice within 24 hours of the order being confirmed. Orders cancelled after this time will incur a 20% restocking fee on item cost only. Additionally, if any artwork has been produced for the order, a minimum charge of £35 will apply.
For Bespoke and specially produced items, upon email confirmation from the customer to proceed, a 50% deposit will be required for orders except for those with pre-agreed terms. Once confirmation has been received, the order will be active and an invoice will be raised. However, in unforeseen circumstances where the order needs to be cancelled, Trophies2u will agree to cancel the order with no incurring costs to the customer if we have received notification within 7 days and no production has been commenced.
