Standard Service £7.95*
Our Standard Service lead-time is 5-7 working days from the date we receive your order, and we ship using DHL Next Day Delivery Service.
When your order is completed, you will receive an email detailing your DHL tracking number.
Express Service £15.95*
Our Express Service* lead-time is 2-4 working days from the date we receive your order, and we ship using DHL Next Day Delivery Service.
When your order is completed, you will receive an email detailing your DHL tracking number.

Collection from Shop FREE OF CHARGE
If you are local, you can collection from our shop in Redditch, Worcestershire within 4 days from receipt of order. When your order is completed, you will receive an email informing you that your order is ready for collection. Collection from our shop is available on Tuesday-Saturday only – shop is closed Monday and Sunday.
Should you need your order soon, we advise that you call into the shop and choose items from our stock.
Delivery Required by Date
At checkout you will be prompted to state a ‘Delivery Required By Date,’ however, we advise that you do not use your Presentation Date. We prefer your order to arrive well in advance in which the awards are being presented.
Proof of Artwork
Prior to engraving, artwork is sent for approval on orders for glass, crystal and items engraved with a logo. We advise that artwork is checked and confirmed as soon as possible as delays in artwork approval may cause a delay to the despatch of your order.
